Back To School Supplies Haul

First of all, I am very very very sorry for not posting in ages. I needed a break from blogging to focus on other things. But I'm back now and I'm not promising to post regularly but I will try.

As it's getting closer to when we all go back to school or college or uni or even work, I've bought most of my school supplies and decided to share them with you. The only thing I haven't got yet are folders because I don't know how many I will need yet.

I've bought everything over 5 different days so the first place I went to was Home Bargains and I wasn't expecting to buy anything for school there but they have their own back to school range.

First I picked up some erasable gel pens. These aren't the proper ones and I haven't tried them yet so I don't know if they are as good as the real ones and I doubt they are but they were only like £1.99 so I don't really mind if the don't work.

I thought these were fine liners but actually they're colouring pens. I won't be taking these to school but I will use them at home for revising because I am a visual learner and colours help me. These were probably around £2.99.

The day after, I went into town with my mum and we went into WHSmith and there was a 4 for 3 sale on some school supplies. I got 3 of the things and my brother had one of them.

I picked up this Helix set of a rubber and a pencil sharpener and this was £1.99. I thought it would be cheaper to buy them together than getting a good quality rubber and sharpener separately.

I got one of these folding rulers for £1.99 and I got it in blue because I've had a purple one before and a clear one before and this colour is just really nice.

I bought a maths set as this is going to come in very handy for GCSE maths next year. It was £5.99 I think. Inside there is a letter tracer thingie, a timetable and maths sheet (both of which, I will not use and will probably throw away), a protractor, two of those trianguler things (I have no idea what they are for!), a compass, a rubber, ruler, pencil and pencil sharpener.

I needed a new calculator because someone stole my other one (weird I know, who would want to steal a calculator!?) and I had a choice of black, pink, blue or white. Everyone has black so I didn't want that one, pink is a bit too girly for me and the school uses blue ones so I decided to get a white one even thought it will get grubby. It had money off and it was £9.95.

Then a couple of days after I went to Asda and had a look in their back to school section and they had some really good stuff but I just picked up a couple of things.

I picked up a pritt stick for £1.99 I think just because we do so much sticking in of sheets at my school and it gets really annoying having to walk to the front of the class to get one of their crappy glue sticks. My school really needs to get some new ones because half of them have run out and the other half are all mushy and have hairs on them! >_<

I also picked up two packets of the BIC Cristal Original Ball Point Pens, one in black and one in blue. These were something like £4.99 each but they are totally worth it as there are 10 in each pack and they claim to last 2x more than any other ball pen! So these should last my the whole year unless I loose any!

The day after that, I went to Falmouth. And in Falmouth there is a Wilko and they have some really good stationary for really good prices.

I bought some Staedtler HB pencils in a pack of 5 for £1.60. Normally, they would be something ridiculous like £5 because they are a good brand but because Wilko is a bae of a shop, they were really cheap! I will really only use these for drawing things in maths and maybe Geography so these should last me maybe the whole year.

I also picked up these 4 Stabilo neon highlighters for £2 for all of them and just had to buy these because I was planning to buy these from WHSmith and on the website they were £1.19 each. So Wilko once again has been such a bae to me! <3

A few days later, I went into town to WHSmith again and picked up the last two things in this haul.

I bought this Staedtler black fine liner because I just wanted a nicer pen to write my name and stuff on front of all of my school books. This was 99p.

And to put all of this lovely stationary in, I bought this lovely pencil case! It's a really good size and would even fit my calculator in. It should've been £4.19 because it was on sale but on the self checkout it said it was £6.99 and I didn't want to put it back because it was the last one there and obviously very popular so I just got it anyway and I'm glad I did.

I hope you enjoyed reading this post and if you liked it, I might do some more back to school things.

The McBusted Tag! :D

So, I've found this tag floating around YouTube and as I don't have a YouTube channel, I thought I would do it on my blog instead!

1. When did you first hear out about McBusted?
I literally cannot remember! I know it was before they performed for the first time together on Comic Relief or something and I think I found out myself and then went mental!

2. What was the first song you heard?
It was obviously Air Guitar because that's the first song they released.

3. Have you ever seen them live?
Yes, twice. Once on 02/05/14 in Birmingham with my mum and another on 31/03/15 in Liverpool with my mum, dad and brother (I have no clue why the boys came, especially my dad because he just stood there with his arms folded :') ).

4. Have you ever met them?
No :( Not as McBusted but I met McFly when I was 8! It's one of my life goals to meet them all though.

5. Are you followed by them on twitter?
Only James. I think James is following a lot fans which is very nice of him!

6. What is your favourite song?
I really like Gone, What Happened To Your Band and Beautiful Girls Are The Loneliest.

7. Have you got any merch?
Yes, loads! The album, Tourplay (their DVD), t-shirts, posters, necklaces, bracelets, OMFG tins, programmes and loads more!

8. Who is your favourite member?
I love all of the so much but my favourite is Danny. He is hilarious and gorgeous and can cheer me up instantly!

9. Were you already a McFly/Busted fan and since when?
Yes I was both. I first loved McFly when I was like 4 when we had a Pop Jr CD with Five Colours on and I would always dance to it with my brother and my cousins. And on the same CD it had Thunderbirds on it and i also love listening to that so I guess you could say I was a Busted fan back then but I got more into them when I was about 10.

10. What is your favourite McFly and Busted song?
I'm just gonna list some for both because I cannot choose just one.

McFly - The Heart Never Lies, That's the Truth, Too Close For Comfort, She Falls Asleep, Sorry's Not Good Enough, Nowhere Left To Run, Love Is On The Radio.
Busted - 3am, All The Way, Crashed The Wedding, Nerdy, Psycho Girl, Sleeping With The Light On, What I Go To School For, Without You.

That's all the question in this tag! I think there is also a McFly tag so maybe I will do that one too. Thanks for reading!

Haul... Sorry!

I'm very sorry for another haul but I don't know what else to put on here! If you have any suggestions, then please let me know in the comments.

I went to Plymouth yesterday with my two friends Jodie and Shannon and I bought a few things. We had such a great time.

As you can see, I look super happy here!

I'm going to start with makeup items as I only bought 2 things.

I bought the new Rimmel Wake Me Up Mascara. It was down from £7.99 to £5.99 and I've wanted it since I saw the first advert on TV. I really like the packaging and it smells like cucumber! The wand is also really cool and I'm pretty sure it's going to give me lots of length and volume.

Then I picked up the Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer which was down from £5.49 to £4.49. I've wanted this product for so long and I've heard so many good reviews of it. And now I've finally got it!

Now onto clothing items.

In H&M, I bought a plain white tank top because it's really easy to style and you can wear so many different things with it. It was £3.99. It's a really nice, soft material and it's perfect for a warm day.

Then in Primark I bought 4 different things.

We went to the workout clothes section and I picked up some running shorts. They were £5 and they are good material for running. I really like the pattern on them as well.

I wanted to get some new summer Pyjamas because I don't actually have that many. I did a mix and match and bought a big baggy top that has two dinosaurs on them twerking and it says Twerkosaurus which was £4. And then some little white and light blue checkered shorts for £2. They are both really really comfy.

The final thing I bought is my favourite thing. It's a dark blue vest top with white patterns on it. It has spaghetti straps and at the bottom it has little blue Pom poms! It's perfect for summer and it was only £6. It's quite loose and it's really thin fabric. I want to wear it all the time.

I didn't buy too much because I had to save money to go and see Pitch Perfect 2 afterwards. Which can I just say, is flipping amazing!! Everyone needs to go and watch it! I'm going to watch again sometime soon. Fat Amy is such a bae!!

Thank you for reading! Again, I'm sorry for all the hauls I've done recently!

Another Haul

seem to be posting a lot of hauls recently! So yesterday, me and my gran went to Home Bargains and Matalan and I was very lucky and my gran bought me and few things.

So the first things I picked up in Home Bargains were some non slip hangers because these are so much better than the normal plastic ones.
And I also got some vanilla scented things to put in the wardrobe but I'm only going to open them when I'm in my new house.

The next things my gran bought me were things that I desperately needed because I had ran out. They were cotton pads and makeup wipes. I use them pretty much everyday and they are essential for me.

My gran bought me a cup which is handy and I have been using it all day. It's pink plastic and it's kinda been persuading me to drink more water which is really weird!

As I have got some bendy rollers at home all ready, I wanted to get some more so I could get more curls so my gran bought me these ones. Some are longer than others and I'm not too sure why.

Then in the sweet section I picked up a 3 pack of mint tictacs because I love them and I also got 2 packets of my favourite bubblegum because I haven't had it in ages!

Then from Matalan my gran bought me two tops and two pairs of jeans.

The first top I got was a dark coral top. It's quite thin so it's perfect for the spring and summer. It's got a scalloped edge and I really love it.

The first pair of jeans I got were actually jeggings and they're dark blue, comfy and really stretchy.

The second top I got is blue and white stripy top with crotchet details and 3 quarter length sleeves. I can't remember the actually style of the top but I really really like it.

And the last thing my gran bought me were another pair of jeans. They're light blue and also really comfy.

Thanks for reading!

Fresh, Spring Makeup Routine

Today, I am off school ill so I might be posting some more after this one.

I am going to be showing you my spring makeup routine. I think spring makeup is one of my favourites because it's so fresh and pretty. I use a range of different products and if I say I do something that offends you or if you would do it differently, then I'm sorry but you know, it works for me!

This is me before the makeup was done and yes, I am wearing my school uniform!

First of all, as I feel that I don't need to wear foundation, I just a concealer. The one I use is Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer in 1 fair because it is the best concealer and has great coverage. I put a lot of this under my eyes on my dark circles because they are very bad and around my nose, on my chin and on the bridge of my nose to highlight. To blend it in, I use a stippling brush for Primarks and it's really soft and does the job pretty well.

I powder my face with Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder because it's a really really good powder. It's the translucent one because I couldn't be bothered to find my colour! I used the Primark Powder Foundation brush because it is really good at it's job just like the other one.

To define my face more, I use the MUA Pressed Powder in Shade 2 because it is too dark for me. I just put this in my cheekbones and my temples and along my jawline. I use the stippling brush to do it. The product is very pigmented and actually works pretty well as a contour if you're pale like me.

The blush I use is the Sleek in Life's a Peach because it is the perfect spring colour and the Sleek blushers are probably the best blushers ever! This is such a gorgeous colour and goes well with the lipstick.

For my eyebrows, first of all, I use the Maybelline Brow Drama in dark blond which Jodie actually gave me. This just gives my brows some shape.

Next for my brows, I use this palette from Marks & Spencer's which is actually really good but it's limited addition. I use the lighter brown colour just to fill in the rest of my brows. And it's a pretty good colour for my eyebrows.

To set my brows in place, I use a clear mascara from Miss Sporty which, as you can see, is not clear at all anymore!

For my eyes, I use the Collection Work the Colour Eyeshadow Pencil. It's so creamy and lovely and the colour is so nice. I just put this all over my eyelids and blend the edges out.

I don't want to use a liquid liner because then I think it doesn't fit with the fresh makeup look so I've used the darker brown in the Marks & Spencer's palette and just do a line quite close to the lash line. This doesn't have to be neat because then you can smudge it out.

Then I curl my lashes with these which are pretty crap because they are falling apart and they don't do much to be honest!

The first mascara I use is this one from Collection which I can't read the name of. It sort of looks like this if you want to find it but I really really like it because it really lengthens my lashes.

Then to volumise my lashes I use this masses from Essence. It's really good and it's waterproof which is a bonus!

Then on my waterline I use this white eyeliner pencil from Essence to make my eyes look bigger because my eyes are pretty small. It really does work!

I think this is my favourite part because I love this lipstick soo much! It's a Revlon Colourburst in the shade 027 Juicy Papaya. It is a gorgeous coral colour and it comes out quite sheen. It's a perfect Spring and Summer colour.

So this is the finished look and I really really like it. I'm going to be wearing it a lot this Spring.

Hope you enjoyed reading this.
