Big Haul

I was in Exeter yesterday and I went shopping with my mum all day. Even with aching feet, back and neck, I bought quite a few things. 

The first place I went to was Urban Outfitters. 

We don't have this shop where I live so I was pretty exited to go in. In the end, I only bought one thing and that is an EOS lip balm. I've wanted one of these for I don't know how long so when I saw it, I grabbed the mint one straight away. I love how it's in a ball because it's so different from everything else. I also like how moisturising it is and the taste is very nice. It was £6.50.

The next place I went to was Wilkinson. 

I don't have a Wilko where I live either so I like going to the Essence counter and buying some make up so I bought and Essence lipstick in 11 Nude Love. I love these lipsticks because all the colours are really pretty. It was £2.30. I also bought, as it was very cheap, Maybelline The Falsies Flared mascara. I've wanted this mascara for ages as well because the effect it has on people's eyelashes is beautiful. In Wilko, it was £4.98. The last thing I bought from Wilko was from the Simple counter and because I recently finished up my Micellar Cleansing Water, I bought the Simple Purifying Cleansing Lotion. I haven't tried this before but I will let you know how I get on with it. It was £2.50 down from £4. 

Next is Primark.

 I needed some pyjamas for the summer so I went over to the pyjama section and saw this really cute rabbit pyjama set. There are these short shorts with lots of rabbits on and the top is a lush blue colour with one rabbit. They're really comfy and the top was £4 and the bottoms were £4. I also bought a grey baggy tshirt with the monkey emojis on. It's very comfy and it was £6. 

Then I went to Hollister. 

We also don't have this where I live so again, I was excited. Obviously, Hollister is very expensive so I only bought one thing from the sale. That was some black and white patterned leggings. They're comfy but they're see through so you would need to wear either black or white knickers and probably a long top or jumper! They were £11.99. 

I then went into Topshop because I wanted to buy one of their lipsticks. It's the shade Innocent and it's a very pretty pink colour and I really like it. When I tried it on, I was shocked at how creamy it is. It actually feels like it's melted on your lips. 

Newlook now. 

I bought a white top that cost £9.99. On the sleeves and at the bottom of it there is a pretty crochet pattern and it's really comfy. The other thing I got was a very comfy, slouchy tank top. It's quite long and it's a thin fabric so you won't get hot in it. It was £6.99. 

I next went to H&M. 

These two things are in my favourite things that I bought even though they are so simple. I got a bright mint coloured jumper. It has nothing on it, it's just plain. I bought it in a large just to have all slouchy and comfortable. It was £5.99. And the other thing I got was a plain grey top with a pocket. I've wanted a plain top for a while because they are so practical and you can style them in so many different ways. This one in particular was £7.99. 

The last place I went to was Waterstones. 

I bought Love, Tanya by the YouTuber Tanya Burr because I love her and I wanted her book ever since she annouced it. Plus it was on half price for £6.49. I cannot wait to read it. 

I had such a good day. I love going for big shopping trips, it's just a shame that I don't have the amount of money I had yesterday all the time.

Mini Haul

I've just been in town and bought a couple of things and so I thought I would share them with you. 

This is a bit pointless but I bought some mini eggs because 1. they're lush and 2. I love them so much! These were £1 from WHSmith. 

This thing I'm very happy about. It's the Into The Woods soundtrack! I love this film so much. I've already seen it twice in the cinema and I might be seeing it again on Thursday. All the songs are amazing so when I saw this in HMV, I practically screamed! It was £7.99. 

I needed a lighter concealer because I only have one and it's a little bit too dark for me because I bought it last summer. It's the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer in cool medium and because I love that concealer I bought it in the lighter version - fair. It was £4.19. 

I also needed a lighter powder because I bought my other powder last summer as well. That one is the MUA pressed powder in shade 2. I bought the Collection Pressed Powder in 18 Ivory and it's a much better match. It was £1.99. 

And because it was 3 for 2 on all Collection things and because I don't have a proper bronzer I bought the Collection Pressed Powder in 15 Warm Bronze. It was also £1.99. I bought a dark pressed powder because the actual bronzers were shimmery and I don't like shimmery ones. 

That's all for today but I'm going to Exeter tomorrow with my mum and we are having a big day of shopping so hopefully I will have another haul soon.

If I do my makeup and my hair nicely and I have to pick an outfit then about an hour but if it's for school and I'm not wearing makeup and I'm not doing anything special with my hair then about 15 minutes.

My First Time

Today I'm going to be doing the My First Time tag. I know I'm pretty behind on this but oh well. I've seen so many videos on YouTube doing this tag and since I don't do YouTube videos, I thought I would do it on my blog.

First Word
I'm not really sure what my first word was but I think it was grandad. Actually, I said it as 'gangad' but it's the same thing. I remember when I was about 1, at my Auntie's wedding, I was running around the church shouting "Gangad! Gangad!"

First Teddy
When I was born, I think I was given lots of teddies. I don't have any teddies with me because they are all in storage but I can remember a few. (I'm living in my Gran's house at the moment because we moved out of our old house and w are moving again soon, we just don't know when!) One of them, is called Snowy because it's white and fluffy and on her foot, it says 2001 (the year I was born) and the other one is a big brown bear called Emily! I think she's actually a boy as she has a red bow tie on!

First Friend
I met my first friend in play group and we stay best friends up until we moved to secondary school because we got separated and put into different forms and we made new friends and just grew apart. I had so many amazing memories with her and I really miss her to be honest.

First School Crush
I first fancied a boy when I was in year 4 I think. Looking back now, I really don't see why I did fancy him! I remember I had one of those secret journals where you had one of those pens which only showed up under a certain light and I always wrote 'I <3 T*** W*******' (I am not revealing his name!)

First Kiss
My first kiss was when I was in year 6 at the Valentines disco. It wasn't like a snog, more of a peck on the lips. Me and my boyfriend we're doing the slow dance next to all the other couples in our year and everyone who wasn't dancing started chanting "Kiss! Kiss! Kiss!" and we we're just like uhhhh. One of my friends was standing next to us and then she grabbed both our heads and pushed them together to make us kiss and it was like 2 seconds long. She then started running around the hall shouting "EMILY AND C****** JUST KISSED!" Everyone made such a big deal about it!

First Celebrity Crush
My first celebrity crush was probably Zac Efron because I was obsessed with High School Musical. I had posters on my walls of him and sometimes I used to kiss them! He is still a very sexy man!

First Boyfriend
My first boyfriend was the one I had the first kiss with. We started going out in year 5 when I told my friend I kind of liked him and she went running off to him to ask him out for me! We were together for around 10 months which is pretty good for a primary school relationship! He left our school and moved up country and we never really broke up so technically we're still going out!!

First Job
I haven't had a proper job because I haven't been old enough. But I did baby sit my two cousins when they're mum and dad and my mum and dad went out for this dinner and it was for like 4 hours and I didn't have to make them go to bed so I just let them watch TV and play on the X-Box so it was pretty easy. I got £20 for it!

First Concert
I'm not going to sound very cool saying this but my first concert was The Wiggles! If you don't know who The Wiggles are they are this children's band and me and my brother and my cousins used to love them! I must of been like 4 or 5 when I went but my first proper concert I was 11 and I went to see McFly in Plymouth and it was amazing!

First Pet
When I was born, my mum and dad had a cat called Sooty and he wasn't very nice. He was always grumpy and he scratched me and bit my brother. In the end he got run over by my grandad! (Accidentally obviously!)

First Album
I think my first album was Pop Party Junior. It was mine, my brother's and my cousin's CD and every time we were at my grans house we would be dancing to McFly 5 Colours in her Hair for hours. It also had Busted Thunderbirds and  that weird German crocodile song!
