Fresh, Spring Makeup Routine

Today, I am off school ill so I might be posting some more after this one.

I am going to be showing you my spring makeup routine. I think spring makeup is one of my favourites because it's so fresh and pretty. I use a range of different products and if I say I do something that offends you or if you would do it differently, then I'm sorry but you know, it works for me!

This is me before the makeup was done and yes, I am wearing my school uniform!

First of all, as I feel that I don't need to wear foundation, I just a concealer. The one I use is Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer in 1 fair because it is the best concealer and has great coverage. I put a lot of this under my eyes on my dark circles because they are very bad and around my nose, on my chin and on the bridge of my nose to highlight. To blend it in, I use a stippling brush for Primarks and it's really soft and does the job pretty well.

I powder my face with Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder because it's a really really good powder. It's the translucent one because I couldn't be bothered to find my colour! I used the Primark Powder Foundation brush because it is really good at it's job just like the other one.

To define my face more, I use the MUA Pressed Powder in Shade 2 because it is too dark for me. I just put this in my cheekbones and my temples and along my jawline. I use the stippling brush to do it. The product is very pigmented and actually works pretty well as a contour if you're pale like me.

The blush I use is the Sleek in Life's a Peach because it is the perfect spring colour and the Sleek blushers are probably the best blushers ever! This is such a gorgeous colour and goes well with the lipstick.

For my eyebrows, first of all, I use the Maybelline Brow Drama in dark blond which Jodie actually gave me. This just gives my brows some shape.

Next for my brows, I use this palette from Marks & Spencer's which is actually really good but it's limited addition. I use the lighter brown colour just to fill in the rest of my brows. And it's a pretty good colour for my eyebrows.

To set my brows in place, I use a clear mascara from Miss Sporty which, as you can see, is not clear at all anymore!

For my eyes, I use the Collection Work the Colour Eyeshadow Pencil. It's so creamy and lovely and the colour is so nice. I just put this all over my eyelids and blend the edges out.

I don't want to use a liquid liner because then I think it doesn't fit with the fresh makeup look so I've used the darker brown in the Marks & Spencer's palette and just do a line quite close to the lash line. This doesn't have to be neat because then you can smudge it out.

Then I curl my lashes with these which are pretty crap because they are falling apart and they don't do much to be honest!

The first mascara I use is this one from Collection which I can't read the name of. It sort of looks like this if you want to find it but I really really like it because it really lengthens my lashes.

Then to volumise my lashes I use this masses from Essence. It's really good and it's waterproof which is a bonus!

Then on my waterline I use this white eyeliner pencil from Essence to make my eyes look bigger because my eyes are pretty small. It really does work!

I think this is my favourite part because I love this lipstick soo much! It's a Revlon Colourburst in the shade 027 Juicy Papaya. It is a gorgeous coral colour and it comes out quite sheen. It's a perfect Spring and Summer colour.

So this is the finished look and I really really like it. I'm going to be wearing it a lot this Spring.

Hope you enjoyed reading this.

Cheerio! xx
